A Pastry Sous Chef is required to contribute to the running of the pastry section in this quality hotel and restaurant based in Oxfordshire. This property is rosette accredited and are currently looking to grow their brigade. The successful Pastry Chef will be responsible for parts of the pastry section. The role will involve producing all pastry and dessert requirements for the venue and actively implementing a range of new ideas and concepts for the pastry section including assisting with the creation of the menus.
