This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Fresh Recruitment Solutions who are operating as an employment agency.Must have previous experience in finance. Experience within collections and managing or supervising a team would be preferred. Duties include training agents on the customers' doorsteps and monitoring their performance. You will minimise settled accounts and achieve good levels of paid-up recovery. Will maximise weekly collections, apply agreed credit authorisation procedures and identify potential arrears.
