  I've often read good reviews about the Premier Inn Hotels and would love to get a job in one of their hotels. Does anybody know if once you work with them they object to changes from one location to another?

    I really cannot say about the Premier inn, but I've been in a couple of big hotels that had hotels in other locations and I remember a colleague of mine moving locations no problem. Naturally there's got to be a vacancy in the destination hotel and a substitute for the one you're leaving vacant.

      I guess it depends on the hotel. I asked for a transfer in my previous job and I was denied it. They argued that there was no vacancy in the destination hotel I was asking for. A former colleague of mine, who worked there told me that there really was a vacancy for the position I was looking for. I was quite irate.

        Sometimes the necessities of an establishment are not easy to determine from the outside... just to try and find a justification...
