Coordinate and return review comments on submittals by the Industries for proposed new plants or plant expansion designs as it relates to interface with Royal Commission roads and utilities. Prepare structural design calculations and drawings for building modifications and additions to concrete and steel structures. Review proposed land allocation plans for new and existing industries expansion for compliance with Royal Commission Master Plan and availability of support utilities. Provide support to Construction Department and disposition of field changes by issuing DCNs and SCNs.
