Due to the retirement of the present postholder, an excellent opportunity has arisen to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, flexible and motivated senior nurse to lead the neonatal service and the children’s outpatient team. You will work in partnership with clinical and service management teams to maintain and develop improvements in the quality of care, ensuring best practice is maintained. You will need to have experience in service redesign and have strong leadership skills. We have 2 Neonatal Educators to support all grades of staff in their clinical and educational practice and provide a rolling preceptorship programme.
