Senior Recruitment Consultant needed in Reading to run an IT desk and lead a team of trainees alongside the manager. Will be working for an excellent company who really look after their staff and offer a great commission structure and big rewards. Client has established, big clients and a reputable name in the business. Ideally need to have relevant sector experience but client is very open to options.
