The retail Manager will ensure excellent customer service is given by all staff. Ensure all deliveries are checked off accurately, promptly and ensure all the relevant paperwork is passed on effectively. Resolving customer issues/enquiries/complaints in a professional manner. Keep paperwork precise and clear so that tasks can be followed up by colleagues. Create up to date displays in the show room, and ensure products are coded and priced correctly by staff. Ensure customer requirements are processed efficiently, promptly and to meet delivery promise. Ensure Health and Safety is carried out and followed through.
