Our client, a large reputable finance company in Redhill, are currently recruiting for a part-time Arrears Management Advisor , to work evenings and weekends. You will be earning a salary between £14,500 to £15,500 pro rata , based on a 6 month, fixed term contract . Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 16.00-20.00 and Saturday, 9.00-13.00. - Dealing with accounts that have fallen into arrears... - Answering inbound calls and making outgoing calls... - Collecting payments via Switch or credit card... - Completing Income and Expenditure reports... - Issuing Notice of Defaults... - Terminating agreements... - Previous call centre / debt collecting...
