To provide effective, high quality responsive and flexible floating support and resettlement services for young people in and leaving care in Richmond upon Thames who are living in temporary or permanent accommodation, with the aim of promoting independent living and tenancy sustainment in line with the requirements of the Children ‘Leaving Care’ Act 2000.
