Description:
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of D and S Personnel who are operating as an employment agency. The role involves collating sales data for analysis, creating reports and models and forecasting. The incumbent will manage a team of Self Employed Commissioned Sales Professionals, whilst being a point of support, will also monitor performance and encourage when required. The ability to negotiate and persuade these professionals to give the information/data needed. This role will also involve identifying sales strategies and ensuring the sales force buy into the strategies.
