To support the Branch Manager by providing a financial planning service to both new and existing customers by identifying customer needs, and where appropriate, selling products and services to meet those needs, with particular emphasis on the mortgage, protection and general insurance products available through the bank’s UK branch network. In addition, the jobholder is expected to spot opportunities, gain customer commitment and refer quality leads for non-regulated products to the appropriate member of the Branch/Area/ Group team.
