A large public sector organisation in the Oxfordshire area is actively recruiting a HR Advisor to join them on a part time basis. You will be working 22.5 hours per week, the working hours can be flexible to suit the candidates needs. We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience of working in a HR Advisory capacity, you will have experience of dealing with complex casework, disciplinaries and grievances and havestrong knowledge of employment legislation.
