Lovely 4* hotel in Richmond Upon Thames are seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper. As Deputy Head Housekeeper you will report into the Head Housekeeper and manage a team of staff including floor supervisors ensuring they are trained and developed. You will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of bedrooms and public areas and be responsible for rosters, timesheets, stock ordering and control, linen requisitions, room checks and meeting company audit standards. You should have previous experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel with at least 120 bedrooms, you will have a proven track record in managing teams, a steady work background and live locally to Richmond-Upon-Thames...
