Reporting to the Finance Director, the HR Manager will work with senior managers to further develop and implement HR policies and to manage the day to day people issues. Key areas of responsibility will include recruitment & selection, employee relations, management of TUPE transfers and re-structures, training & development and compensation & benefits. You will play a key role in the promotion of HR across the business, working on both strategic and operational HR issues.
