This unusual opportunity provides the successful candidate to work a part time week with the possibilities of full time employment with the growth of the company. The main responsibilities of this hands on, highly varied position are to mange the accounts up to trial balance, posting across all ledgers (purchase ledger, nominal ledger and cashbook) across all companies. Maintenance of nominal accounts. Journal entries, closing month and year end. VAT knowledge and understanding, reconciliations, bank, suppliers and ad hoc as needed. Accounts administration, filing, banking, petty cash, writing cheques, mailing. Queries from out side the company and internal from the Owners...
