The ideal candidate will be a qualified RGN and have previous experience within long term care, assisted living, hospital industry or experience/exposure to the senior population along with NVQ4 and RMA. You will be responsible for planning, organising, developing and directing the overall operation of the assisted living neighbourhood in accordance with CSCI regulations.
