This is essentially a hands on role including the supervision of a dedicated team of engineers carrying out PPMs, reactive and breakdown works on a private estate. This will entail attending weekly and monthly client facing meetings, planning and carrying out PPMs to electrical and mechanical equipment, responding to reactive works as requested by the client, identifying and reporting/repairing defects found as a result of PPM or reactive works, keeping records as required, participation on the call out rota and participating on a shift rota from June to September (not night work).
