As Telesales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the inbound telesales team, consisting of sales representatives taking incoming calls from a range of business customers, as well as residential customers. You will be required to over-see day to day sales in this area and carry out desk side coaching where necessary to maximise sales from within the team via cross-selling and up-selling of Zen’s services.
