The post holder will have ongoing responsibility for the leadership of the District Nurse Night Nursing services and implementing and maintaining high quality services in partnership with the Clinical Lead for District Nursing and Cluster Leads District Nursing. Establishing partnerships and networks with colleagues across the PCT, Acute Services, GPs, Local Authority, Voluntary and Independent sector in relation to out of hours service.
