A well respected and professional organisation are looking to recruit a several team members for their customer service department you will be provided with ongoing training and development and will be provided and the opportunity to study towards CII qualifications. Responsible for dealing with all mid term adjustment enquiries including revised quotations, processing and administration. Applicants must have a proven track record in dealing with motor and/or household insurance and have a polite telephone manner. Basic salary between £12,000-£16,000 per annum plus performance and productivity related bonuses available monthly.
