One of our major clients are currently on the lookout for someone to be joining as Head of Production Control and be responsible for overseeing production activities including: production quality management, capacity scheduling, management information and SLA reporting. This will involve being directly responsible for three managers, matrix managing team reps for quality capacity scheduling, driving the production agenda, SLA target setting and productivity measurement and improvement.
