Description:

- Help assist the chef in basic food preperation - Ensure that all cutlery is prepared in time for the food service - Check at regular intervals that the dinining area is clean and clear away any rubbish - Clear and wash all dirty cutlery - To wash all kitchen equipment - Collect all glasses from the bar to be washed - To clean the kitchen and dining area when the food service is finished. - To follow all Health & Safety procedures - Must have basic knowledge of food hygiene, but is not essesntial - Must be able to work on your own and show initiative - Must be able to work in a busy and demanding environment...
