This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hays Contact Centres who are operating as an employment agency. Your job will require no experience and will involve dealing with inbound calls from customers who have over £100,000 worth of assets. Being professional yet approachable at all times. Up selling extra services such as gold cards and premier accounts etc. Working within strict targets and deadlines and working well within a large team.
