We are currently looking to recruit a customer focussed individual with an inquiring mind, who is able to investigate complex technical problems and lead teams to come to a solution. This person will be the key point of focus across the North West and West Midlands for the customer support of the Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and the Radiology Information Systems (RIS). In addition to supporting and training service engineers to fix customer problems, you will be required to attend board meetings at the hospital level, and liaise with the Local Service Provider.
