Working as part of a team and reporting to a Team Leader, our Client is looking for high calibre Customer Service staff to provide excellent customer service through a blended Contact centre (Phone & Email), supporting clients across Europe by identifying and proactively seeking to resolve, monitor and support customer requirements. Key responsibilities will also include helping to create a team environment and to manage and maintain a high standard of customer service and a thorough understanding of products and services.
