My client based in Edinburgh city centre are looking for a Project Administrator for a temporary contract starting immediately. You will be working alongside the Project Manager providing admin and secretarial support in the role. Arranging and taking minutes of meetings... Managing diaries and making appointments... Producing PowerPoint slides... Downloading relevant internet information... Producing mailmerge documents... Taking and making phonecalls on behalf of senior colleagues...
