Working within a team of 5, based on-site within the Human Resources department of our client; the 'Resource Centre' has sole responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle of all permanent and non-permanent staffing requirements. The Resourcing Manager's role has full responsibility for a selected number of departments/divisions, working with the relevant Hiring Managers and Heads of Departments. The role is varied and interesting; working within a dynamic and busy environment with the main duty of fulfilling permanent requirements directly and through selected business partners.
