Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of a Sheffield based Blue Chip client for an incident Co-Ordinator to join their existing team. You would act as link between the client's customers and the client's problem resolution team to maximise performance and customer satisfaction. You woould monitor any problems or incidents and highlight where the expected level of service has not been met. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be representing the company when talking to their customers. Good basic PC skills are also needed as you will be working on inhouse systems monitoring, recording and analysing data...
