You will be expected to remain flexible and co-operative in whatever tasks are requested of you by your Manager/Director. To participate in and lead Project Teams on new product introduction, process changes and continuous improvement activities. Taking responsibility for the main project goals and delivering a product into production, meeting target levels of costs, hours, materials and tooling. A member of an IPT of interactive engineers involved in the introduction of new projects, re-engineering of existing work and managing & solving day to day problems/issues.
