To carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs to building services plant & equipment, consisting of but not exclusive to refrigeration, ventilation and Building Management, and all associated equipment relating to those systems. To carry out the completion of all documentation including all PPM sheets, asset sheets, reactive sheets, test sheets, and line drawings relating to equipment, plant and systems.
