Brand new role within successful Property Management group based in Ilford, Essex for an experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator who understands legislation relating to Landlord and Tenant administration and preferably a knowledge of building construction and preferably with Housing Health and Safety Rating System experience. You will be negotiating with landlords in conjunction with relevant authority requirements, co-ordinating lettings and liasing with property owners, clients, tenants etc. Specifically, you will be maintaining a database of lettings arrangements, working with the Operations Manager regarding lease terminations, agreements and vacant properties...
