The Company:A successful, innovative company who are leaders in their field currently experiencing good growth on site allowing increased production and potential. The Position:Reporting to the Factory Manager you will work with the HR Officer on developing training initiatives for the site, identifying where training is needed and driving the effectiveness of the training function.
