Description:
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hays who are operating as an employment agency. You will take calls from, or make calls to, customers with a view to selling products/services. Review customer details (as presented on screen or by talking to the customer) in order to match features of a product/service to the customer needs. Look for opportunities to cross-sell additional products/services. Explain the features of the product/service to the customer and sell its benefits.
