To ensure that before the end of the running process, the tool, ejector box, clamps, bolts, hot runner leads, core cable and any other auxiliary equipment has been kitted ready for the change-over. To ensure that any paperwork or quality systems documentation is kitted, this is to include the press packs, setting conditions, container cards and Boris etc before tool change starts. If the product is not to an acceptable standard after 10 shots, stop the machine and seek advice from the Technical Supervisor, Moulding and Assembly Manager. Complete a shift hand-over log in conjunction with the Technical Supervisor/Cell Leader, maximising the level of information required for success... To monitor...
