Our client, a large public sector organisation in the North West is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to start in the New Year. You will be responsible for the day to day management of staff in the team, including effective communications, team working, performance management and employee development. You will take the lead on interpreting, development and implementation of current and emerging legislation surrounding operational HR policies and procedures.
