To liaise with customers regarding the scheduling of jobs, negotiating reasonable timescales whilst still aiming to meet customer needs and ensuring any regulatory requirements for mailings are adhered to. For example the instant the job is confirmed by the customers it should be booked in on HAWK, preparing and delivering job briefs, work requests and docket requests on time, ensuring stock is ordered/delivered on time and moved to the appropriate location.
