This 3*AA accredited, 20+ bedroomed hotel is looking for a Sous chef to join their brigade. You will be a Sous Chef with rosette fine dine experience and be a strong leader to be considered for this Sous Chef position. The hotel also offers limited conference and banqueting facilities. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Head Chef and help the Head chef maintain high standards. All produce is sourced locally by named suppliers.
