Key Objectives: To oversee and direct the Power House design, construction and commissioning. The project is the construction of a sugar beet plant in Harbin, Northern China. The first 6 months to be spent in the clent's design office in Shanghai. Skill Requirements: Expert level experience in modern boiler house operations and projects preferably in a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) facility.
