A role has arisen due to a growth of instructions from existing clients and marketing initiatives of this practice's complex banking and fraud team, which means this firm is looking for an exceptional solicitor to join them. The team undertakes dispute resolution for financial institutions in the area of fraud, asset recovery, professional negligence and complex mortgage and property litigation. The work is exciting, varied and fast moving. The team regularly applies for freezing orders and other emergency relief both in the UK and sometimes abroad.
