We are currently looking to Customer Service Advisors for our prestigious company based in Bridgend and Newport. As an advisor you will be taking inbound calls from customers dealing with their daily banking needs. This will entail checking balances and making appointments for the branch. You will need to possess strong communication skills and the commitment to providing excellent customer service. Previous call centre experience is not required as full training and ongoing team support will be provided.
