Description:

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Manpower who are operating as an employment agency. Applicant must have previous experience in inbound and outbound calls, must have good communication skills and a quality and process driven background. Duties include achieve and maintain sales and service agreements, maintain high levels of motivation, focus on sickness and absenteeism, identify and implement process improvements, demonstrate effective communication skills, to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to all contact centres, either external or internal, ensure all advisors meet or exceed targets and SLA's. This vacancy is situated in Doxford Int Business Park.
