This is a Red Star property who is seeking an ambitious individual preferably from a Rosetted volume orientated bvackground, looking to put some quality driven administration and management experience on their CV. The Hotel has 2 multi award winning restaurants as well as a very busy function trade. You will be working alongside a large brigade of chefs ensuring stock levels are maintained, and be involved in ordering, rotation and planning. The role offers straight daytime shifts and the successful applicant may well have the opportunity to move back into the kitchen at a later date. This is a very rare opportunity to tick some vey significant boxes on your career path.
