This is an exciting role in which you are the expert in the field of Apple Mac support and service from first to second line. Starting at 8am your day will begin with set up of any IT related needs for conference calls and lessons, then progressing on to deal with all helpdesk queries regarding client, software and administration issues. You will need to resolve these in a timely manner without causing disruption to the day, either desk side or remotely. In summer you will carry out installation, configuration and upgrades. You will have to take extreme pride in what you do and be rewarded for it... Ideally Apple Mac certified or with experience to match......
