A Swindon based company seeks a Training and Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team. The purpose of the role is to manage recruitment activities to ensure a timely and effective provision to the business. Responsible for appointing staff up to junior management level, you will be handling the full recruitment cycle, liaising with HR managers and Advisors throughout the process.
