Providing standard and bespoke flue, chimney and exhaust systems to organisations throughout the world, SFL now have a vacancy within Customer Services. We require a confident, well presented individual possessing an excellent telephone manner. Primarily a customer liaison role; encompassing order taking and expediting. With training you will be answering basic technical enquiries and liaising with production planning and warehouse departments for order progression.
