Our Client, who is a leading food manufacturing business based in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a highly driven Assistant Buyer for their Ingredients Purchasing Department. Reporting directly into the Purchasing manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition, for competitive prices, of all items under his/her control. In addition to this, the Assistant Buyer will be charged with maintaining satisfactory supplier levels, and he/she will also be involved in the coordination of the Purchasing Department's e-commerce activities.
