Description:

Supervisory experience is a must however not necessarily from a retail background. You will motivate a team of friendly efficient staff, with the highest standards of customer service. You will ensure the success of a retail bakery by managing a team effectively, maximising sales & ensuring appropriate controls are in place. You will also ensure that both company and legislative requirements are met in relation to customer care, displays and merchandising, food hygiene, health and safety, ordering and stock control.
