We are looking for an inward payments assistant to ensure that all Direct Debits are accurately set up and monitored ensuring that risk exposure is minimised through accurate management of processes and data recording. To provide accounting support to team as required. Receive Direct Debit mandates from Sales/Admin on behalf of the company. Accurately data input onto BACSTEL daily (Direct Debit computer programme), printing and attaching the relevant reports to ensure a robust audit trail.
