Our client is seeking an experienced Reception Manager for their recently refurbished 4* hotel, with 150 bedrooms, spa & leisure facility, restaurant and conference facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, experience in a similar quality environment and be motivational and professional in all aspects of the role. You will be required to manage and ensure the smooth operations within the front of house section, incorporating Reception, Front of House Porters and the Nights Team.
