Telephone support including maintenance and development of excellent customer relations, support fro the front line telephone team in achieving service level agreement. Receiving and responding to inbound customer telephone calls, providing correct information and answers to queries when required on an ad hoc basis. administration will include the continual maintenance of customer records using in house IT systems and drafting ad hoc letters as well as utilising the standard letter library when responding to customer requests.
